OUR MISSION
The mission of the Choctaw Police Department is to improve the quality of life of citizens, living, working, or visiting our city. We believe as Law Enforcement officers, our fundamental duty is to serve mankind: to safeguard lives and property; to protect the innocent against deception, the weak against oppression or intimidation, and the peaceful against violence or

disorder; and to respect the Constitutional Rights of all persons to liberty, equality, and justice. We believe that it is our responsibility to protect the constitutional rights of all persons and that we are accountable to the community. We believe that crime is not only a police problem but a social problem impacting all aspects of the community and we are committed to working with the community to address these issues. SETTING AN EXAMPLE
We will keep our private life unsullied as an example to all; maintain courageous calm in the face of danger, scorn, or ridicule; develop self-restraint; and be constantly mindful of the welfare of others. We will be exemplary in obeying the laws of the land and the regulations of our department. We recognize the badge of our office as a symbol of public faith, and we accept it as a public trust to be held so long as we are true to the ethics of law enforcement. We will constantly strive to achieve these objectives and ideals, dedicating ourselves to our chosen profession: law enforcement.

UPDATE: It has been found!

‼️Friends, we need your help!‼️ Sometime last night our delivery truck was STOLEN from our store in Chandler, OK. We are checking cameras and different leads as we receive them. If you see our delivery truck anywhere, please call the Chandler Police Department at 405-258-1460. Please share this post and if you have any information that might help let us know. Thank you!

REWARD: $500 cash to the tip that leads to the truck discovery. Payable on retrieval of truck.

EDIT: We are using our older delivery truck to continue deliveries, so please don't be confused if you see that one around. The stolen truck is pictured below.

Anyone having information or evidence related to the disappearance or location of Nancy Jean Medina please call OCPD 405-231-2121.

Nancy Medina was last seen August 3rd, 1984 at 9:00 pm near the intersection of SE 29th and Choctaw Road in Choctaw, OK.

Nancy was 36 years old, Caucasian female, 5’3” and weighed approximately 125 lbs. She has a lower partial plate, a caesarean scar on her lower abdomen, and a tiny scar near the inside corner of her left eyebrow.

She was last seen driving her 1974 Chevy Impala, 2 door brown with white vinyl top, OK tag YP4876. The car was recovered August 22, 1984 at Springlake Dr and Eastern by OCPD. Foul play was suspected.

Ms. Medina would be 74 years old today and has three children who have spent nearly 38 years questioning the disappearance of their mother.
