TETON COUNTY POLLING PLACES FOR FEDERAL PRIMARY ELECTION
TUESDAY, JUNE 2, 2026

All qualified registered electors of Teton County are entitled to vote at said election.

Polling Sites (ADA Accessible):
• Precinct 1 Teton County Annex - 19 Main Ave S., Choteau 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Precinct 6 Power Schools – 402 Teton Ave, Power Noon - 8:00 p.m.
• Precinct 7 Fairfield Community Hall – 603 Central Ave, Fairfield 7:00a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Precinct 11 Pendroy Fire Hall - 119 Main Ave, Pendroy Noon - 8:00 p.m.
• Precinct 17 Dutton American Legion – 201 Main St. E., Dutton Noon - 8:00 p.m.

The Teton County Courthouse will be closed on Monday, September 1st for Labor Day.

A representative from the Dept of Revenue will be at the courthouse on Tuesday, August 19th from 9am - 3pm and will be able to assist taxpayers in filing for the property tax rebate.

Candidate filing for municipal offices in Choteau, Dutton and Fairfield is open from April 17 - June 16, 2025. Filing forms are available at the Elections Office and in each city office.

IMPORTANT UPDATE!!

House Bill 207 has been passed by the Legislature and signed by the Governor on May 12, 2025.

The immediate effect of HB 207 is that the candidate filing opening date for the municipal primary changes from 145 days to 105 days, and the filing deadline changes from 85 days to 90 days before the election. The new municipal primary filing dates are May 27th, 2025, for the opening of filing and June 11th, 2025, as the close of filing. The write-in candidate filing deadline has also been changed to 90 days before the election, which is June 11th, 2025.
