Hello, this is Josh Gwartney Superintendent of Chouteau-Mazie Schools with an important announcement. Due to a major waterline break in town, we are experiencing a complete loss of water pressure.

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot operate the school without running water. Therefore, we are dismissing school today, 4/27/2026, at 2:00.

Bus riders will be dropped off at their normal stop, bus routes will begin to run at 2:00

5th Grade Students on the field trip that ride the bus will be bussed home upon their return to the school.

Car riders should be picked up at their normal pickup location at or before 2:00

All after-school activities and childcare programs are cancelled.

Reminder to get your yearbook order in by May 8th or purchase in-person with Mrs. Herring at the High School.
