Today and tomorrow several are attending a professional development sponsored by Mid America Industrial Park, Oklahoma Career Tech and Northeast Tech of Pryor.

Wow! Chouteau-Mazie Esports team, Overwatch has been invited to NATIONALS! 💫

🎮 NATIONALS BOUND 🎮
The Chouteau High School Overwatch team has officially been invited to compete in the AEA 2026 National Tournament, powered by LeagueOS!
This invitation comes after an incredible season and winning the OESL 1A Overwatch State Championship. Our students will now compete against some of the top esports teams in the country.
We are incredibly proud of this team and all the hard work they’ve put in this season!

The tassels have been turned and a new chapter has officially begun. Congratulations to our incredible Class of 2026!

Cheers to 40 Years! 🍎✨ Thank You, Ms. Welker!

Let’s take a moment to celebrate a legend.
After 40 incredible years in education—including many years right here at CHS—Ms. Welker is closing her gradebook and stepping into a well-deserved retirement.

It is rare to find someone who dedicates four decades to a single calling, and we have been incredibly lucky to have her call CHS home for so much of that journey.

Thank you, Ms. Cathy J Welker-Graham. Your influence is a story that never ends.

IMPORTANT UPDATE! Graduation is moved to the HIGH SCHOOL GYM.
Due to weather (that will affect sound, pictures, and the overall ceremony), we have moved graduation to the high school gym.
Doors open at 6pm. Graduation begins at 7pm.

Teacher Appreciation Week was a success at CHS! 🎉 It’s a special honor to highlight the educators in our building and the dedicated work they do each day.

A little recap of our week:
• The week started with a Dirty Soda bar from Word Fellowship.
• Tuesday we celebrated Cinco de Mayo with a delicious Mexican feast from our Chouteau-Mazie PTO.
• Wednesday teachers & staff created custom clipboards with colorful clipboards & variety of stickers. * And a few special notes…
• Thursday Mrs. Gilmore & Mr. Jones handed out custom tote bags for the ladies & custom tape measurers for the guys. * And a few more notes of encouragement…
• Friday we enjoyed breakfast prepared by Bob and Debbie Kirkley and Troy Gilmore.

Thank you to all who made this week wonderful, and thank you to our amazing CHS staff!
