TOMORROW is the PLANT SALE DAY! Join us on Saturday, May 9th from 9am until 2pm at the Montgomery County Government Center located at 755 Roanoke Street, Christiansburg, VA 24073.

There will be a diverse selection of annuals, perennials, vegetables, trees, shrubs, natives, herbs, and house plants! Additionally, we will have rain barrels available for purchase, a plant clinic to address all gardening-related inquiries, our popular basil bar, and a yard sale.

"I Can Sharpen That" will be joining us. Bring your garden tools, knives, and scissors to be sharpened while you explore our large selection of plants!

Proceeds help support Master Gardener programs that assist local organizations in initiating or enhancing gardening projects that positively impact our community.

Don’t forget tomorrow is the 4-H Camp Open House.

We are so excited to offer our first 4-H camp open house Sunday, May 3rd from 1:00- 5:00 PM. Parents and campers may drop in at any point during this period and are not required to stay the entire time. We will have activities for all ages including:

🍀Camp tours
🍀Free recreation at Open Air (basketball, co****le, and leathercraft)
🍀Canoeing, live reptile exhibits, and climbing wall
🍀Meet and greet with our summer staff and camp leadership team

This event is free, for all ages, and aimed towards campers/families who are attending 4-H camp this summer.

We ask that people register so we have an idea of the amount we have attending! The registration link is included on the flyer and is also on our linktree. We can’t wait to see you at camp on May 3rd! 😎🍀

Join the new Montgomery 4-H Green Thumb Gardening club. This is a hands-on group of young people learning how to grow plants, care for the environment, and develop responsibility through gardening.
