The Christiansburg Aquatic Center is home to a 50 meter, Olympic sized pool accompanied by a 1 and 3 meter springboard, as well as a 5, 7.5 and 10 meter diving platform. The facility also has a leisure pool filled with fun for the kids! This second of three pools comes with dumping buckets, spray features, alligator slide, a two-story triple-loop waterslide and a 20 yard, 4 lane lap pool. Right ne

xt to the leisure pool is our relaxing warm-water therapy pool which is great for those arthritic joints or those doing rehabilitation. The therapy pool is also a great place to relax while the kids are playing. Don’t forget to catch some rays on our huge sundeck located right outside of the leisure pool. Bring your lunch and eat on one of our many picnic tables or relax in our lounge chairs.

The wait is over! 🌊✨

Our Leisure Pool and Therapy Pool at the Christiansburg Aquatic Center are officially reopening on May 26th! We’re so excited to welcome everyone back for an unforgettable summer filled with fun, fitness, and family activities.

This summer, we’ll be offering exciting programs like:
🦈 Fins Summer Camp
🏊 Group Swim Lessons
💪 Fitness Classes
🎉 Family Fun Swim Nights
🎨 Paint & Swim

Registration opens:
📅 Thursday, May 21st for Residents
📅 Friday, May 22nd for Nonresidents

It's been a busy year for the Christiansburg Aquatic Center as we celebrate two major improvements with our Solar & HVAC projects!

The Solar Project will help provide a renewable power source with more sustainable energy.

The HVAC Project will improve air quality for visitors, athletes, and staff, creating a healthier, safer, and more enjoyable environment. This investment helps ensure better air circulation, proper humidity control and safer conditions for all who enter our facility.
