The Christiansburg Aquatic Center will be closed on August 7th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for an employee event. The Leisure pool, Therapy pool, and Cardio room will be open from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 2p.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday the 7th.

After 18 years of dedicated service, we are honored to celebrate the retirement of our Aquatics Director, Terry Caldwell.

Long before the Christiansburg Aquatic Center opened its doors, Terry was helping bring the vision to life. She played an integral role in planning the facility from the ground up, helping shape what would become a place where our community could learn, grow, compete, and create lifelong memories. Her fingerprints are truly woven into the foundation of the Aquatic Center.

Throughout her 18 years of service, Terry's leadership, passion, and unwavering commitment have touched countless lives. She has helped generations of swimmers build confidence in the water, mentored staff members, supported competitive athletes, and created an environment where families have made memories that will last a lifetime.

Her impact extends far beyond the pool deck. The programs she helped develop, the team she helped build, and the community she helped foster will continue to benefit from her dedication for years to come.

Terry, thank you for your vision, your leadership, and your incredible commitment to the Christiansburg Aquatic Center from day one. Your legacy will continue every time someone walks through our doors, takes their first swim lesson, earns a new personal best, or enjoys time with family in the facility you helped create.

Congratulations on your well-earned retirement! We wish you endless happiness, relaxation, and adventure in this next chapter.
