Rocio Duncan worked closely with special needs students at Mar Vista High School. Her husband Marvin Duncan allegedly killed her in a parking lot near the Imperial Beach sheriff's substation last week.

A memorial fund has been set up for Justin Hertzberg who was killed in the skateboard accident last Wednesday in chula vista.
Donations to help cover expenses for the family can be sent to Hilltop High School 555 Claire Ave. Chula Vista, CA 91910
