💜 Domestic Violence Awareness Month 💜

The Cibolo Police Department proudly recognizes Domestic Violence Awareness Month this October.

Our professional staff wore purple in support of survivors, while our officers wore purple ribbons to help raise awareness and show their support for those impacted by domestic violence.

Domestic violence affects individuals and families in every community. By raising awareness, showing support, and encouraging those affected to seek help, we can work together to make a difference.

Together, we stand with survivors, honor their strength, and reaffirm our commitment to protecting our community.

The Cibolo Police Department would like to thank everyone who joined us for our three Faith & Blue events!

Throughout these events, we had the opportunity to connect with our community, share conversations about faith, and discuss how faith plays an important role in law enforcement and the relationships we build with those we serve.

A special thank you to our wonderful chaplains, Chaplain Minton, Chaplain Huff, and Chaplain Monteverde, for their continued support, dedication, and service to our department and community.

We could not make Faith & Blue possible without our amazing chaplains and faith-based stakeholders who continue to support our officers and help strengthen the bond between faith and law enforcement.

The Cibolo Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in locating Clifford Moore, a 78-year-old man who has dementia and was last seen leaving his residence in the 700 block of Rye Moon Cv. at approximately 7:00 AM.

🔎 WE’RE HIRING: CRIME ANALYST

The Cibolo Police Department is looking for a Crime Analyst to join our team and help turn data into actionable intelligence that keeps our community safe.

What you’ll do:
📊 Analyze crime data, trends & patterns
🗺️ Develop crime maps and data visualizations
🔍 Support investigations by researching suspects, cases & criminal activity
📈 Prepare reports, statistics and intelligence products
🤝 Work with patrol, investigations and outside law enforcement agencies
📱 Monitor social media and other sources for relevant intelligence

Minimum Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in a related field AND
👮 2 years of experience with a law enforcement agency as an analyst
OR
👮 4 years of experience with a law enforcement agency as an analyst, with an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.

💰 Pay: $27.35–$33.65/hour
⏰ Full-Time | 40 hours/week

National Night Out 2026 was one for the books! 👮‍♂️🚔

National Night Out 2026 was a great reminder of what makes Cibolo so special: our community. From meeting new faces and catching up with familiar ones to sharing laughs, food, and conversations, we are grateful for everyone who came out and spent part of their evening with us.

National Night Out is about so much more than police officers and public safety. It’s about building relationships, strengthening trust, and coming together as neighbors. We are incredibly thankful for the residents, neighborhoods, businesses, and community partners who helped make the night such a success.

To everyone who stopped by, said hello, asked a question, took a picture, shared a meal, or simply spent time with us. THANK YOU! Your support means more than you know.

We’re closing out our Faith & Blue events with a special morning of faith, fellowship, and community!

Join the Cibolo Police Department and Discovery Church for Breakfast & Badges, where residents, officers, city staff, and members of our faith community can come together, share a meal, build relationships, and strengthen the bonds that make our community so special.

As part of the morning, we’ll also participate in a special Blessing of the Badges, taking time to pray over and support the men and women who serve our community each day.

As part of our Faith & Blue events, the Cibolo Police Department invites our community to join us for our second Faith & Blue event, Prayer at the Flagpole.

Residents are invited to come together for a quick prayer and a time of unity, support, and fellowship with members of the Cibolo Police Department and City staff.

This is an opportunity to pause, come together as a community, and show our support for one another and the men and women who serve Cibolo every day.

We hope you'll join us at the flagpoles as we continue building stronger relationships between our residents, faith communities, law enforcement officers, and City staff.
