The Cicero Police Department has announced that a teenager has been charged as an adult in connection with the tragic January shooting death of a Morton East High School student.
The suspect was extradited from New York and is currently in custody awaiting trial. This remains an active investigation.
The Town of Cicero continues to stand with the victim’s family, providing support and resources during this difficult time.

El Departamento de Policía de Cicero anunció que un joven ha sido acusado como adulto en relación con el trágico tiroteo ocurrido en enero, en el que perdió la vida un estudiante de Morton East High School.
El sospechoso fue extraditado desde Nueva York y actualmente se encuentra bajo custodia en espera de su juicio. Esta investigación continúa activa.
El Municipio de Cicero sigue apoyando a la familia de la víctima, brindando recursos y asistencia durante este difícil momento.
