Illinois just received its 11th credit upgrade. This is proof that when we create jobs, support small businesses and truly put families first, it pays dividends. Come whatever the Trump Administration does to our state and its fiscal future, I'm committed to building on this progress.

Seeing the young people of our community work hard, succeed and be recognized for their dedication is a true honor.

Sofia and Victoria both received the Girl Scouts' Bronze Award recently for their work to make a lasting impact on our community.

This is the highest honor a Girl Scout Junior can receive, and they obtained this because of a comprehensive Autism guide to help teachers navigate the complexities of their relationship with students on the autism spectrum.

I was pleased to give them official certificates of recognition for this worthwhile achievement.

Our summer internship program has officially come to an end!

Over the past few months, our interns took on projects, supported community events and outreach, and assisted with the day-to-day work of our office. We are grateful for the time, effort, and dedication they brought to everything they worked on.

Thank you to our summer interns for all of your hard work and contributions! We wish you the best in what comes next and can’t wait to see what you accomplish!
