They will be hitting mail boxes in the next couple of days

If you have concerns with the value of your property. Now is the time to contact the office to set up a time to discuss it with the appraiser.

March 27th 2026 is the last day to file an appeal on your property

Heavy trucks will once again be increasing this year, reflecting current market trends and industry standards.

If your truck has mechanical issues, structural concerns, or other factors that may impact its valuation, please provide proof such as pictures. Another way to verify these concerns is by obtaining an independent appraisal-our office will honor the value given in such assessments. However, due to limited staff, we will not be able to perform these appraisals ourselves.

Please send us this information as soon as possible so we can accurately assess your trucks value and determine if a lower appraisal is appropriate.

If you would like to appeal the value. You have until May 15th to do so.

If you find there is something listed incorrectly. Please let us know so we can get it corrected for you.
