Warren Davidson represents Ohio’s 8th Congressional District. He is a member of the House Financial Services Committee, where he is focused on policies that help grow our economy, instill fiscal discipline, advance innovation, and limit runaway government expansion that threatens to bankrupt America.
After high school, Congressman Davidson enlisted in the Army as an infantryman. As part of the 3rd Infantry Division, he was stationed in Germany and witnessed the fall of the Berlin Wall. Warren’s commanding officers recognized his potential and helped him earn an appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point. He graduated near the top of his class as a student of American history and mechanical engineering. As an officer, he led in The Old Guard, the 75th Ranger Regiment, and the 101st Airborne Division. In 1995, he married his wife, Lisa Davidson.

After the Army, Congressman Davidson returned home, worked with his father, earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, and spent fifteen years owning and operating manufacturing companies in Ohio. In 2016, he again responded to the call of service, and came to work in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Warren and his wife Lisa have been married for 30 years and have two adult children.

Honorable Katie Casch

I am excited for the opportunity to help keep our County a safe and thriving place to raise families, start businesses, and enjoy all the truly unique things the County has to offer. My education and experience make me the right choice for Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas Judge. I grew up just north of Cincinnati, in West Chester, Ohio. I am a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Arts and Sciences and the University of Cincinnati College of Law. I have spent the majority of my legal career proudly employed at the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. I also spent time at the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office and have an understanding of criminal defense. I am fortunate to be raising my family in Hamilton County. I enjoy spending time with my husband and children. Together as a family we enjoy going to the Cincinnati Museum Center, Hamilton County Parks, and the Cincinnati Zoo. We also love watching our beloved Bengals, Reds, and FC Cincinnati.

Honorable Leah Dinkelacker
Judge Dinkelacker was appointed to the Court of Common Pleas bench in March, 2025. Prior to becoming a Judge, Judge Dinkelacker was an Assistant Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney for almost 13 years. Judge Dinkelacker served in the Juvenile, Municipal and Felony divisions and was the Assistant Chief of the Juvenile Division for about two years. She has tried many jury and bench trials, including Murder, R**e, Felonious Assault, Robbery, Domestic Violence and OVI. During law school, Judge Dinkelacker had the opportunity to work as a Constable for a Judge and handled the Civil docket. Judge Dinkelacker also was recently appointed to serve on the Commission for Professionalism by the Ohio Supreme Court.

Judge Ralph Winkler and the Hamilton County Probate Court employees are committed to providing excellent service through courtesy, dedication and professionalism while following all laws of the United States of America and State of Ohio. The Court ensures prompt and equal access to all Court records and services by using the latest technology to consistently improve accuracy and efficiency in our office, while increasing the times and locations that citizens can access our services. We strive to protect the rights and safety of all people, and those the Court have been entrusted to protect, with prompt and just resolution to all legal matters brought before the Court. The Court provides over 80 unique services, some of them include assisting in the distribution of assets from generation to generation, providing guardianship for residents who cannot care for themselves and growing families through marriage and adoptions.

Susan Luken for Juvenile Court Judge

Susan M. Luken was appointed as a Magistrate and as the Assistant Court Administrator of the Hamilton County Probate Court on March 22, 2023. With 20 years of public service in Hamilton County Courts, Magistrate Luken is known as a leader and a trusted advisor.

In her current role at the Hamilton County Probate Court, Magistrate Luken is able to draw on her experience as both a court administrator and a magistrate helping families, children and individuals achieve safe, stable and fulfilling lives. As a magistrate for the court’s mental health cases, Magistrate Luken hears cases involving court-ordered treatment to help individuals with significant mental illness. Magistrate Luken also helps create forever families presiding over the Court’s adoption proceedings. With her experience as a Juvenile Court Magistrate, she is particularly inspired by foster-to-adopt cases and their remarkable stories of perseverance, giving, and love. In all cases, Magistrate Luken shares Probate Judge Ralph Winkler’s mission to ensure every person who comes before the Court is treated with fairness, dignity and respect.
