Volunteers are at the heart of what we do at CityLink. So what better way to kick off our staff offsite than by volunteering ourselves?

Last week, our CityLink team rolled up our sleeves and stepped into the kitchen with our incredible partner, La Soupe, to help prepare meals for our neighbors!

At CityLink, volunteers aren't just part of what we do. They're essential to who we are and how we live out our mission. Taking time to serve together gave our team a firsthand reminder of the impact volunteers make every day.

Through our partner, Every Mother's Advocate (Ä’MA), trained volunteer Advocates walk alongside moms as they work toward their goals, build stability, and create a stronger future for their families.

Advocates build meaningful relationships that remind moms they don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.

Last Friday, we celebrated our newest Culinary Training graduates! 🎓

Each certificate represents more than a completed training program. At CityLink, career training is just one piece of the journey toward holistic life change. We're proud to walk alongside our neighbors as they pursue their goals, both in and beyond the kitchen!

Ke’Mar knew he wanted something different for his future. So he started taking steps toward it.

After graduating from Habitat for Humanity’s Construction Training program at CityLink, Ke’Mar turned the skills he gained, the relationships he built and his own initiative into a new career with Axis Interior Systems.

But his story didn’t stop with a new job. Along the way, Ke’Mar also worked toward greater financial stability and reliable transportation, building a stronger foundation for what comes next.

Today, he’s not just working in construction. He’s building the future he envisioned for himself.

What a night! ✨ MashUp 2026: Kinetic Hope brought CityLink to life as guests experienced creativity, community and powerful stories of hope in motion.

Together, our community raised more than our $170,000 goal to fuel the work happening every day at CityLink!

From live performances from Daystar Art, The Cincinnati Circus, and Q-Kidz to one of CityLink's first clients, Mark, sharing his story and performing alongside his daughters, the night was full of excitement.

We’re so grateful for everyone who made this night possible including the performers, volunteers vendors and sponsors!
