Good Morning Neighbors! 👋🏾☀️
Real progress happens when a community comes together with a shared goal.
For the last eight months, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with local leaders to breathe new life into North College Hill’s Safe Routes to School initiative, bringing together our city, schools, Hamilton County Public Health, and community members.
Together, we’ve taken a close look at our streets and school zones, gathering feedback from parents and teachers, observing daily drop-offs and pick-ups, and assessing traffic habits. Now, we're taking everything we’ve learned and putting it into motion. We are setting clear priorities and designing practical solutions to make traveling to school safer and more accessible for every family.
Our team is dedicated and we are well on our way to building safer routes for all students in NCH. Thank you to everyone who has contributed so far.
stay tuned for updates as we bring these plans to life!
