The Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office page was created to inform the residents of Hamilton County about the cases we prosecute and matters that pertain to the county. Comments are accepted on the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office page; however, the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office reserves the right to del
ete comments that we deem to be inflammatory based on the social media policy presented below. If a user repeatedly violates the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office social media Policy, then the user will be blocked from the page. Comments will be monitored during business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm). By posting a comment to the Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney’s page, the user agrees that he/she has read and understood the social media policy and will not violate the policy by posting inappropriate content. Comments that will not be tolerated and subject for deletion:
-Defamatory, libelous statements about the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office staff.
-Any threats of violence or language that promotes or encourages violence.
-Hate speech of any kind or language that discriminates against anyone based on race, gender, sexual orientation, nationality or religion.
-Support or opposition of political candidates or issues.
-Explicit sexual content or links to sexual content.
-Information that may compromise the safety of another individual. Please note that the statements and/or views expressed through comments on the page do not reflect the views of the Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Comments will be made at the user’s own risk; the user will take full responsibility of any comments, photos, or any other information posted to the Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney’s page.
