Save Son Of Beast! Son of Beast held the records for the WORLDS tallest, fastest & only looping wooden coaster in the world! SOB was not operational 2009-2012 then torn down.

Save Son of Beast began in 2010 because of Son of Beast being shut down due to a woman bursting a brain vessel during the ride. She was found to have pre-medical conditions and the State of Ohio released the ride could re-open. Kings Island decided not to re-open the coaster. Son of Beast did not open for the 2010 and 2011 season, and the Wolf Pack maze is still in the station with nothing removed

and was currently being used for Haunt in the fall. Kings Island announced that Son of Beast will not operate during the 2012 season and no decision has been made.Son of Beast is the tallest and fastest wooden roller coaster in the world! No decision has been made for when/if the ride will re-open in the hopefully near future. We will hopefully be working with the park and trying to work to find a answer!
