Once again the Kellogg Free Library has greeted spring with an unforgettable event. Planned and presented by Children's Library Assistant Tina Harvey, the annual Mother & Daughter Fairy-Themed Tea Party at Alice's Dowry for the Arts was filled with delights: fairy wings and floral headbands; assorted finger sandwiches and an array of finger foods; fairy face painting; a storybook read on the curved front stairway; a Maypole dance in front of Heritage Hall. And, of course, tea. Nobody could have had a nicer time in the late morning of May 16th, 2026.
