NJFOP President James E. Ford has sent a letter to members of the New Jersey Legislature outlining the priorities and approach of the newly elected NJFOP Executive Board.
The message emphasizes building strong, productive relationships with lawmakers while advocating for the issues that matter most to New Jerseyโs active and retired law enforcement officers and their families.

President Ford also reaffirmed the NJFOPโs broader commitment to officer wellness, pension security, labor and legal protections, workplace safety, education and training.
