Mission of the Day: Save the ducklings!

Thanks to CSO’s Felten and Triggs these baby ducklings were saved from the sewer grate they had fallen into. Safely returned to their mama duck! Shoutout to Golden Lake Elementary for being aware of their smallest “students”!

After winning the “Ride With a Cop” raffle at Centerville Elementary School, Harrison got the full VIP experience with Centennial Lakes Police Department, from a special pickup at home, to checking out the squad car lights, sirens, and all the cool equipment officers use every day. The morning wrapped up with the best drop off of all… arriving to class in style!

Thank you, Harrison, for being such a great copilot for the morning. We hope this was a memory you’ll never forget! 👮‍♂️🚓✨

The best part of community policing isn’t always what happens on the streets… sometimes it’s the connections built inside a classroom. 🤍

Last week, our CLPD mentors celebrated the end of an incredible school year with their students at Golden Lake Elementary School. From showing up consistently, to listening, encouraging, laughing, and building trust, these relationships make a lasting impact far beyond the school year.

We’re proud of our officers for investing in the next generation and grateful to the students and staff who welcomed them along the way. ✨
