Was out yesterday and took some pictures. The property includes an older house, unattached garage, and a large Morton building with a cement floor. And I almost forgot to mention the fruit trees.

The City of Circleville will be accepting sealed bids for the property at 601 Butler in Circleville and other equipment (including mowers and a tiller) until August 31, 2018. The bids will be opened at the regular City Council meeting on September 5, 2018 at 7 pm.

The city of Circleville is offering for free a trailer house located at 601 Butler in Circleville, Kansas.

The trailer house is a Buddy 14’ X 71’ single wide with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is in poor condition with some mold on the interior from leaks. The trailer includes the hitch and axles but there are no tires/wheels on the axles.

The trailer house is on condemned property for sale by the city of Circleville. First come first served and the City has the right to refuse any and all offers. Takers must have the trailer and all debris removed by April 1, 2018.

Taker is responsible for moving and any corresponding clean up.
