One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in business is that being a leader doesn’t mean being the best at everything.
It means being honest enough to know where you’re strong, where you’re weak, and where someone else can do the job better than you can.
I used to think I needed to have every answer and handle everything myself. As we’ve grown, I’ve realized the better move is building the right people around you and giving them room to be great at what they do.
Your weaknesses don’t have to hold the business back when you build a team whose strengths fill the gaps.
Still learning. Still growing. Still working every day to become a better leader than I was yesterday.
That’s what growth looks like to me.
