For 13 weeks, these moms have shown up, leaned in, and committed to building strong foundations for their families. They have studied the 40 Developmental Assets, learned practical parenting tools and grown in confidence as leaders in their homes.
Parenting isn’t always easy — but choosing to grow, learn, and lead with intention is powerful. 💪🏽

Thank you to everyone who played and supported today at our kickoff Church Softball Tournament! Because of you $1,500 was raised for the CareNet center and Selah’s Oasis Maternity Home. What a great day of softball, fellowship, and friendly competition! 🥎

In the Upper Bracket, Jemison First Baptist and First Methodist battled their way to the championship game, with Jemison First Baptist coming away as the tournament champions!

In the Lower Bracket, Bethel and the Salvation Sluggers faced off in the championship, with Bethel earning the tournament title!

Congratulations to our Opening Tournament Champions:
🏆 Upper Bracket Champion: Jemison First Baptist
🏆 Lower Bracket Champion: Bethel

A huge THANK YOU to all 19 teams that participated today. While only two teams took home trophies, every team contributed to making this tournament a success through great sportsmanship, fellowship, and a love for the game.

We also want to thank our volunteers, umpires, sponsors, and everyone who came out to support the league. Most importantly, thank you for helping us support Care Net of Chilton County and Selah’s Oasis Maternity Home.

We’re looking forward to a great season ahead. See you on the field!

Join us as 19 teams take the field for the opening tournament of the 2026 Church League Softball season! Come enjoy a full day of competition, fellowship, and fun while supporting two incredible local ministries.

⏰ First games begin at 8:00 AM

🎟 Admission:
• Adults: $5
• Children (ages 5 & under): Free

❤️ All proceeds benefit Care Net of Chilton County and Selah’s Oasis Maternity Home.

📍 The tournament fields are located across from Domino’s off Highway 145.

Bring your lawn chairs, invite your friends, and come cheer on your favorite team! We can’t wait to see you there!
