Improvements to Highway 7 & 23 intersection begin Sept 8th in Clara City. The project will install LED Stop lights with flashing beacons and make additional changes to enhance visibility and safety. The existing left-turn lanes will be removed to improve traffic flow at the all-way stop. Improvements also include updated signage, rumble strips and 10 new LED stop signs.
