Our staff put their detective skills to the test by guessing the copyright of the book by using staff photos as clues. Along the way, they’ve brushed up on copyright knowledge, shared lots of laughs, and enjoyed a few trips down memory lane.

📚🔴⚪ Where’s Waldo? …and Where Are Your Books and Chargers? 🔴⚪📚

During the Book Fair and throughout the month of May, our Media Center embraced a fun Where’s Waldo? theme! While the theme brought plenty of smiles and excitement, it also served as a friendly reminder for students to ask themselves: “Where are your library books and chargers?”

Our bulletin board, hallway display, and Media Center were transformed into a Waldo wonderland filled with Where’s Waldo? books, coloring sheets, search-and-find activities, and creative challenges. Students especially enjoyed hunting for Waldo and designing brand-new outfits for him using their own imagination and artistic talents.

The theme was a fun way to celebrate reading, encourage creativity, and help students remember to track down those missing books and chargers before the end of the school year. Thanks to everyone who joined in the search! 🔍📖❤️🤍

🏴‍☠️📚 Secret Pirate Reader Revealed! 📚🏴‍☠️

Congratulations to one of our sharp-eyed students for correctly guessing the Secret Pirate Reader for May , Ms. Davis! ⚓🎉

The fun didn’t stop there! Just moments later, a small crew of former students sailed into the Media Center and immediately shouted, “We know who it is!”

It was clear that Ms. Davis left quite an impression on her former students. Whether current or former Seahawks, they knew exactly which pirate loved those favorite books!

🏆🪵 JENGA RECORD ALERT! 🪵🏆

One of the highlights of our end-of-year Media Mash-Up was watching students take Jenga to a whole new level—literally! They carefully stacked, balanced, and held their breath as the tower grew taller and taller. By the end, it was an amazing feat, and even the students couldn’t believe how high they had built it!

The best part? The teamwork, problem-solving, and excitement that filled the Media Center as everyone cheered the tower on. Thankfully, we snapped a few pictures before gravity finally won. 😂

Way to go, RBMS! Sometimes the biggest accomplishments come one block at a time. 💙📚
