REAL Connections Village was inspired by Beacon Hill Village, a grassroots organization started in Boston eleven years ago by a group of like-minded neighbors. Their basic idea was that people want to live and age well in their homes and communities as they grow older by accessing convenient services and resources with one phone call. This highly successful aging-in-place concept has spread rapidly nationwide. REAL Connections is the first of its kind in the Inland and East San Gabriel Valleys.

REAL Connections Village membership is offered in the communities of Claremont, La Verne, San Dimas, Pomona, Alta Loma, Rancho Cucamonga, and Upland.
