NEW: Heavy rainfall has prompted another FLASH FLOOD WARNING until 7:45 am for central Rogers County.

Heavy thunderstorms have already dropped 1–3 inches of rain, with another 1–2 inches possible this morning. Flash flooding is already occurring or will begin shortly.

Areas of concern include:
Claremore, Oologah, Chelsea, Owasso, Collinsville, and surrounding communities.

What this means:

* Rapid flooding of creeks, streams, and low-lying areas
* Water covering roads, highways, and underpasses
* Dangerous conditions in urban and poor drainage areas
