We know that families are using smartphones as a primary means to communicate. That’s why we’ve created an app that is custom-built for mobile. Our 4th graders got creative with Play-Doh by making something that represents what they enjoy! From playing with baby dolls to cooking and other favorite activities, each creation gave students a chance to share a little bit about themselves.

What a fun way to encourage self-expression, spark conversations, and build connections with classmates at the beginning of the school year!

Our First Rise & Shine of the Year!

We kicked off our very first Rise & Shine of the 2026–2027 school year!

Our students learned and practiced Rise & Shine procedures, reviewed the Pledge of Allegiance and Oklahoma Pledge, practiced what to expect during our moment of silence, and helped us celebrate our Claremont birthdays!

We also got to recognize two of our amazing students with special shout-outs! What a great way to celebrate our kiddos and the positive choices they are already making.

It was a wonderful way to come together as a school family and start another great year of Rise & Shine at Claremont!

Teamwork Makes the Caterpillar Move!

Our 5th graders put their teamwork skills to the test with the Caterpillar Team-Building Exercise! This fun activity challenged students to communicate, cooperate, build trust, and work together toward a common goal.

It was a great way to learn that when everyone works together, amazing things can happen!

Thankful Thursday! 🦓

We’re kicking off our Thankful Thursday series by recognizing some of the wonderful people and organizations who pour into Claremont!

Before the school year even began, Cedar Point Church helped us start the year feeling loved and appreciated by providing breakfast for our staff. Their kindness and generosity meant so much as we prepared to welcome our students back!

Thank you, Cedar Point Church, for supporting our Claremont family and helping us start the year on such a sweet note. We are so thankful for our amazing community! 🦓

Our Zebra Nutrition is excited to launch a NEW after-school program providing FREE meals to kids 18 and under!

Through the CACFP, we're helping make nutritious meals more accessible to our students while supporting their health, growth, and well-being.

📍 Elementary Schools: Available for 30 mins after the final bell.
📍 WRJH & CHS: Program begins September 8.

It's quick, convenient, and FREE! Stop by one of our kitchens to enjoy a meal!

CANNON TEST NOTICE

Please be advised that Claremore High School will be conducting a test of the cannon that will be used to celebrate touchdowns at home football games this season.
