It was a pleasure to stop by the 150th Anniversary Celebration of the 3rd Ward Block Party at Ida Fritz Memorial Park on West Avenue!

Celebrations like this are a great example of what makes our communities so special. Our parks and public spaces provide more than just a place to gather — they give neighbors an opportunity to come together, build relationships, make memories, and celebrate the community we all call home.

After 150 years, the 3rd Ward Block Party continues to bring people together and carry on a wonderful tradition. Thank you to everyone who worked to make this year’s celebration a success and to all those who continue to make our community such a great place to live.

It was great to stop by and celebrate this important milestone with our community!

Last night we got out to the Lewiston Jazz Festival and ran into Becky Wydysh for NYS Assembly meeting with voters and supporting her community. I could not be more proud of Becky, and am looking forward serving with her as a real partner, a true leader and an actual adult in the room in Albany. We need Becky!

Recently, I had the chance to stop by the Newstead Public Library and help support a fun summer hot dog roast for local families!

Our libraries play such an important role in bringing neighbors and families together, and I’m always glad to support these community events.

A big thank-you to Dale for doing a great job on the grill! Thank you to the Newstead Library for putting together such a great evening for the community!

Last week, I had the opportunity to speak with the Wilson Conservation Club about some of the issues that matter most to our local sportsmen and women.

We discussed legislation I carried, the Big Game R***e bill which passed both houses of the Legislature, and the importance of giving responsible hunters more opportunities while continuing to promote safe, responsible stewardship of our natural resources.

Organizations like the Wilson Conservation Club play an important role in protecting our outdoor traditions and making sure the voices of local sportsmen and conservationists are heard. I appreciate the opportunity to have these conversations and will continue working to make sure Western New York is represented in Albany.

Yesterday, I was honored to join The Dale Association in Lockport as they celebrated 75 years of serving our community!

The celebration included a special ribbon cutting symbolizing their commitment to their future and all that lies ahead for this incredible organization.

I was proud to present Dale Association President & CEO Maureen Wendt with a New York State Assembly proclamation recognizing this remarkable 75-year milestone and the lasting impact the Dale Association has had on individuals, families, and our entire community.

Congratulations to the Dale Association on 75 years of service — and here’s to an exciting future ahead!

It was a pleasure speaking with the St. Brendan on the Lake senior group in Newfane today!

I always appreciate the opportunity to meet with residents, hear directly about the issues that matter most to them, and provide an update on what we’re working on in Albany and here at home in Western New York.

Thank you to the Clarence Chamber of Commerce for having me serve as a judge for the Taste Of Clarence again this year. We're so luck to have so many great resturants and businesses in our community and this even highlights everything our community has to offer. Congratulations to Amy and her team on another tremendous event!

Yesterday I has the pleasure I'm joining my colleagues at the annual Farm City breakfast for the opening ceremony of the Niagara County Fair. It was great to see so many local leaders getting together supporting our community and supporting our farmers and agriculture organizations throughout Niagara County!

It was a great evening joining so many members of our community at Old Fort Niagara for an incredible America 250 celebration!

The evening was filled with great entertainment, a wonderful atmosphere, and a spectacular drone show that was the perfect way to cap off the event. It was inspiring to see so many people come together to celebrate our nation's history and the values that continue to unite us.

A sincere thank you to everyone who helped organize this outstanding event and to all who attended. Your dedication, hard work, and community spirit made this celebration a tremendous success and created lasting memories for so many families.

There are some days that truly remind you what makes our community so special, and our visit to Golisano Children's Hospital was certainly one of them. I'm incredibly proud to be part of a community that cares so deeply for others.
