When logging in to make any online payments the initial steps still look the same, but now when you go to enter your payment details the interface is a little different. An incident at the Clarence Public Library has caused the need to remind our residents that an operator of a golf cart on city streets within city limits MUST be 16 years old WITH a valid driver's license and the golf cart MUST be registered with the City and have the current year's permit sticker affixed. Friendly reminder to parents--if your child is operating a golf cart illegally, YOU will be the ones responsible should something happen, which could involve criminal child endangerment charges! It's just not worth it--only properly licensed, age-appropriate operators should be driving golf carts on the city streets. It's just common sense!

Small towns and golf carts go together like peanut butter and jelly...But please remember you have to have a valid drivers license to legally drive a golf cart in Iowa, which generally means you need to be at least 16! I want everyone to be safe out there!
