Dear Volunteers and Community Supporters,

We want to invite anyone interested in helping with our 2nd Annual Vet Fest to attend a volunteer planning meeting on:

Vet Fest will be held on September 18 & 19, 2026, and we are excited to begin organizing another meaningful event that celebrates our veterans and brings the community together.

We are seeking volunteers to assist with various areas, including setup, sponsorships, vendor management, activities, logistics, and general support throughout the weekend. Whether you can help a little or a lot, your time and ideas are greatly appreciated.

Please share this invitation with anyone who may be interested in getting involved.

We look forward to seeing you on June 9th and working together to make this year’s Vet Fest a success.
