IMPORTANT NOTICE
To Clark Borough residents:
I have been notified that there are multiple homes that have had their wells go dry, including the municipal building. We do not know why this has happened, however I need your help in determining how many homes have been affected. Please contact me at the borough office, or send a message, if you have been affected.

All situations are different however some signs to notice are low water pressure, trickling water, sometimes the smell of sulfur in your water.

Clark Residents: The software company that was going to allow us the ability to make payments online has informed me that they are not able to accommodate us. If you would like to make your sewer payments online, please use your personal banking online bill payment option.

You will need to manually enter the information as follows:

PO Box 512
Clark, PA 16113

Please make sure to enter your 3-digit account number.

Your bank will then send me an electronic check.

Hello all – The Commissioners and the Tax Office would like to help address concerns that have been brought to their attention regarding the ongoing Tax Reassessment for the County. You’ll see on the attached flyer and in the notice below, there will be 4 sessions in November where residents can bring their data sheets that have been mailed to them and have corrections made, if needed. There will be Tax Office employees there to sit down with residents and go over everything, and answer any questions. We’ve found that many seniors are hesitant to call or visit the courthouse, as they may not be quite sure about the information they’re looking at. If there are any issues, we’d like to address them sooner rather than later, so we’re taking the info to them in the most practical way possible.

Clark residents: the 3rd quarter sewer billings were mailed. It was brought to my attention that the billing cycle printed incorrectly .

The billing cycle should show as July-Sept with a due date of 10/31/2025. Not apr-jun.

Hi 👋🏾 😊My name is Sarthak Kandanala and I am here for the summer from Chicago working with Southwestern Advantage.

I am posting this to give a friendly update to the community that I will be going DOOR to DOOR for the next 12 Weeks helping families with education.😇
Since I go door-to-door it has its reputation, I am trying to be laid back and compliant when meeting families at their doorstep. If you are busy or not interested, then just let me know and I will give my best to leave you in a good mood. My priority is to treat every family as I wish someone would treat my parents at their doorstep ❤️
