Despite efforts to keep the Department-provided information timely and accurate, users should be aware that the information available through this social media tool may not be timely, accurate, or complete. No communication to the Department through this social media shall be deemed to constitute legal or official notice for any purpose.

Given that posts and comments appear in real-time, it is impossible for the Department to review a post or comment before it becomes publicly readable. The Department cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any post or comment. As a user of the Department’s social media sites, you are responsible for the content of your posts and/or comments and shall indemnify the Department in respect to any costs, expenses, losses, damages, or claims arising out of your use of the Department’s social media sites, including posts or comments made by you.
