Update: 9:00pm - The phone system and payment gateway are back to operational. Thanks for your understanding.

We will be doing some system upgrades tonight, Friday, July 20, 2018, starting around 6:00 pm. All payment gateways (kiosk, online portal, and phone system) will be unavailable during this time. If you experience a disruption in service tonight, please call 662-627-8422. Everything should be operational after midnight. Thank you for your patience!

Update: Power has been restored. If you have further interruptions or outages, please call 627-8499.

We have a couple hundred customers out on the circuit that serves the Oakhurst area. Our crews are working on the circuit right now. We will get power restored as soon as possible.

Update: The website portal is now working, but there is some maintenance being done on the phone system. Please stay tuned for updates. Our IT Department is working with the service provider.

Our website is temporarily down for some maintenance. The Customer Portal will be unavailable during this time. Please call 627-8499 and use the phone system to make any billing inquiries or payments.
