We invite you to stop by the library during Czech Days and don't forget to sign our guest book too!
On Saturday, June 27, learn how to make traditional Czech Pysanky/Kraslice eggs at our FREE hands-on workshop. Stop in anytime 10am-7pm but eggs are limited to a first come, first serve basis.
On Sunday, June 28, stop in anytime between 12-2 and learn how to play Taroks from our special volunteers!
The official Czech Days souvenir stand is open during our open hours and the Heun Ladies Guild will have tea towels available for sale as well.

Lego Club week 12: "Build a boat and see if it floats!"

We got a little crazy for our last Lego Club of the season and brought in water! The kids built boats or house boats and tested them to see if they'd survive a day on the lake or have a Titanic moment.

Thank you to all who came for our first ever Lego Club and a huge thank you to Mary Stoklasa for volunteering to help each week.

We look forward to seeing you all in the fall!

Late post but HUGE congratulations to our student employee Hannah who recently graduated with the Clarkson High School Class of 2026!
Hannah will be with us through the Summer before she continues her journey at Wayne State College pursuing a degree in Elementary Education! We wish you the best of luck Hannah!
