Yesterday afternoon, Lt. Hiltner and Lt. Upshur responded with the Technical Rescue Team to Oxford, where a worker was trapped in a collapsed trench.

They worked alongside first responders from across Oakland County for nearly four hours to successfully rescue the worker.
