🥾Check out the Tutelo Birding Trail and learn about using apps to assist in identification on this 1.6-mile guided Tutelo Trail Adventures with a ranger at 10 a.m. at the Tutelo Trailhead, next to the Splash Park.

Friday, Aug. 21:
⌛Learn about the history of the Occaneechi with the Occaneechi Story at 3 p.m. at the Visitor Center.
🔥Enjoy some s'mores and learn how to start your campfire with Campfire Fun at 6 p.m. at the Posseclay Interpretive Shelter.

Saturday, Aug. 22:
🎨 Create a nature-inspired craft with Crafting Corner at 11 a.m. at the Posseclay Interpretive Shelter.
🦊See if you can identify pelts and learn more about the mammals that call Virginia home with Fantastic Furs at 2 p.m. at the Splash Park.

🎉 Breaking Point Disc Golf Course has passed 1 MILLION steps registered in UDisc! 🎉

Breaking Point Disc Golf Course officially opened on May 29. Since then, UDisc users have logged over a million steps on the course. UDisc is free to download, and has a lot of useful features.

Come see what all the hype is about!

🥏 No discs? No problem! 🥏Stop by the office and borrow a set. We also have brochures with a map and a scorecard available.

Make sure to bring water, and wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothes.

Keep an eye on the calendar for upcoming ranger-led Disc Golf 101 programs.
