On Saturday, Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County hosted our Application Preparation Class at Loaves & Fishes!

We welcomed the Clarksville community to learn about the application process, hear genuine stories from Habitat partner families, and get one step closer to making the dream of becoming a homeowner… a reality.

We had such an amazing turn out during our 2027 Application Preparation Class on Saturday!

We appreciate every volunteer who came and helped set up, take down, and assist Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County making the dream of homeownership a reality. Thank you again to Loaves And Fishes for allowing us to use your space for this amazing event!

And a special thank you to the Clarksville community who showed up, asked amazing questions, and committed to beginning their homeownership journey. We look forward to the next application cycle opening!

He’s BACCKKKK! 😂😂

Please help us welcome back Jeremiah Adams! 🎉 He was our Social Media & PR Intern this summer, and has now accepted and stepped into a new role as our Commhnity Engagement Coordinator. Along with our team, he’ll be handling all things marketing and community relations for Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County, TN.

We’re so excited to have him back on the team in this new position. Give him a warm welcome (again)! 💙🏠😂

We’ve had reports of scammers using the Habitat for Humanity name to target our community. Please be cautious of anyone who:

⚠️ Promises free or heavily discounted home repairs without an application process
⚠️ Requests payment, gift cards, banking information, or personal documents upfront
⚠️ Uses the Habitat name, logo, or mission in a way that seems suspicious
⚠️ Pressures you to act immediately or urgently

Verify before you trust. If someone claims to be from Habitat for Humanity, contact your local affiliate directly before providing any information or making any payments.

Stay safe, and please share this with friends and family who may be at risk. 💙🏠

Look at all those cans! A huge thank you to our friends at Peas in a Pod for jumping in and helping us bag aluminum cans for our recycling program!

Through Habitat for Humanity’s partnership with Novelis , the aluminum we collect and recycle helps support sustainability while contributing to Habitat’s mission of building homes, communities, and hope.

We absolutely love having Peas in a Pod volunteer with us. Whether they’re lending a hand in the ReStore Clarksville HFH or helping us tackle a mountain of cans, they always show up ready to help and with plenty of smiles! 💚

Keep those aluminum cans coming, Clarksville. Together, we can recycle for good! ♻️🏠
