Our belief is educating, supporting, and empowering the system can and often will contribute to the overall success of treatment for individuals and families. 1️⃣ Head to our website & fill out a brief questionnaire exploring eligibility --> https://www.soldiersandfamiliesembraced.org/our-support

2️⃣ Fill out our brief Intake Documents --> Within 24 business hours you will receive an email from SignNow to complete intake documents.

3️⃣ Complete Intake Assessment --> Once intake documents are received, you will receive an email to schedule a 15-minute intake appointment via Zoom. Once this is completed, we will assess what counselor to assign you to.
