I Reject Kavanaugh

I Reject Kavanaugh I pledge to never reference Kavanaugh as a legitimate judge. When relating votes, I will refer to the 8 legitimate votes and include his separately.

What does it say about this Trump character’s Texas lawsuit that even his three appointees wouldn’t even hear the case?

I think we should all stop for a moment and give thanks and perhaps even a modicum of “worship” to the brilliant Founders who had the wisdom to foresee that the Court needed to be independent of political influence and engineered that by making the appointments “lifetime”.

We may not like that we have (at least one, possibly more) Republican-appointed APPARENT rapists serving as Supreme Court justices, but perhaps we should take solace in the observation that the Founders had the wisdom to not give Trump power over them once they are seated.

I’m convinced that had they not had lifetime appointments... had they the fear that opposing Trump might cost them their seats on the Court... the vote might have been quite different.

Most people worship the Constitution without really having much appreciation for its brilliant and prescient engineering. To them, it’s just something that are “taught” to speak reverently about, and so they parrot the reverence without much appreciation for WHY it should be revered.

It is very well-worth your time to learn not just about the Constitution itself, but also the Founders and the attendees of the Constitutional Convention because each one of them is a fascinating character worthy of books, movies and even all-time hit Broadway shows. 🙂.

What does it tell you that the story of Alexander Hamilton is the basis of Broadways biggest hit and hardest “ticket”?

Well.... here we go again.

Should we reticle the group to be “I reject Kavanaugh and whomever Trump appoints because of what happened to Obama’s appointee Garland?”

Surely looking like she will regard her decision to confirm Kavanaugh as a “fatal” one.

The four-term Republican senator from Maine who presents herself as a centrist has faced national criticism for her votes during the Trump administration.

Full objective truth is important.

It is NOT true that the Times "changed" the story there was nothing in the story that was incorrect and changed. The full truth is that the Times LATER discovered that the alleged victim did not remember the incident, and thus the allegations from (multiple) witnesses is can not be corroborated by the victim, who might have been drugged or drunk which of course, is hardly uncommon in these sorts of cases.

Let's be fair and honest: while the story is NOT as credible as it would be HAD the alleged victim recalled the incident: a) what the Times originally was accurate and was not "changed", and b) the witnesses were deemed to be credible and c) there's a plausible explanation for why the victim doesn't recall the incident.

They keep using the same false talking point to change the topic.

Unfortunately the person who is challenging Collins, McGrath, doesn’t seem very honorable either. She recently flip flopped on the kavanaugh vote.

Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, refused to take part in a Senate Judiciary Committee Republican's proposal for the White House to abandon Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh's nomination after his accuser, Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, delivered an emotional testimony at his confirmation hearing in Sept...
