She lives in Western Howard County and services Howard, Carroll, Anne Arundel, Montgomery and Baltimore Counties. Karla also focuses on the expansion of The Creig Northrop Team of Long and Foster Real Estate's services by partnering with local corporations and military and government agencies who want to extend professional real estate services as an additional no cost benefit to their employees, whether they are interested in moving across the street, across town, or from other parts of the country. She is the President of the Howard County Million Dollar Club (2012-2013), is a member of the HCAR Legislative Committee, is an active educator and speaker on local real estate tips and trends, and holds the real estate designations ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), SRES (Senior Residential Specialist) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Prior to joining The Creig Northrop Team, Karla worked as a National Account Manager, selling computer systems and data network solutions to Fortune 1,000 companies.
