Congratulations to Kale Bowman for being nominated as Frost Valley YMCA's July Employee of the Month! Kale joined the Frost Valley team in October of 2025. He was drawn to Frost Valley’s challenge course and the opportunity to create new elements. Kale loves to watch staff morale improve while they complete the challenge course elements. He feels that Frost Valley is important because we give people a place to grow in ways that may be difficult elsewhere. As the Challenge Course Operations Manager, Kale provides an activity that let people step outside their comfort zone and allows them to explore. Kale’s colleagues describe him as responsible, diligent, and responsive.
