A gentle reminder for all political subdivisions (county, city, school & community colleges). The Nebraska Political Subdivision Tax Request Act Form (see link below), must be filed with the county assessors on or before September 4th, 2024. Please submit these forms regardless of whether or not you are required to participate in the Joint Public Hearing. If you have any questions, please call 402-762-3792.

The 2024 Certificates of Taxable Value for political subdivisions, schools and other taxing entities have been posted to the Clay County website pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statute 13-509. The POLITICAL SUBDIVISION CONTACT form is also available on the website.
