These Industrial Arts students completed at least 2 modules in the NCCER Core curriculum and therefore received their wallet cards. There is a QR code on the back where a future employer can scan it to see what credentials they have! Next year, they will continue working towards completing Core.

Our HERO MILE finale did NOT disappoint! πŸŽ‰πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Today, our Bengal mentors and their 2nd grade buddies from Lincoln and Wakefield crossed the finish line TOGETHERβ€”and it was everything this program is all about πŸ’›

From the very first meeting to today’s final mile, our students have built real connections, encouraged one another, and stepped up as true leaders. And today? You could SEE itβ€”high fives, smiles, laughter, and unforgettable moments all around πŸ™Œ

This is leadership in action.
This is community.
This is the Seven Habits coming to life.

We are so proud of our Bengals for leading with heart, showing up for their mentees, and making a lasting impact πŸ’₯

Drop a 🐾 in the comments to celebrate these amazing leaders!

πŸ§‘πŸ–€ Celebrating Outstanding Citizenship at CCCMS πŸ–€πŸ§‘

Each year, our staff has the privilege of nominating one 8th grade boy and one 8th grade girl for the Kansas State High School Activities Association Citizenship Awardβ€”an honor that recognizes students who consistently demonstrate exceptional character and serve as positive role models in our school and community.

We are proud to announce this year’s recipients:
πŸŽ‰ Hunter Graham
πŸŽ‰ Kennedy Shannon

This award highlights students who exemplify:
⭐ Respect – for others, their school, and their community
⭐ Responsibility – through leadership, involvement, and positive contributions
⭐ Reverence – showing care, compassion, and concern for others

Hunter and Kennedy truly embody these values. They lead with integrity, treat others with kindness, and make CCCMS a better place every day. Their actions reflect the very best of what this award represents.

πŸ‘ Please join us in congratulating these two incredible studentsβ€”we are so proud of you both!
