Accepting 2026 Mowing Bids

We are currently accepting bids for our 2026 mowing season, the season will be here before we know it, so lets get those bids in…
Our mowing season will start on May 1, 2026 and end on September 30, 2026.
Contractor Duties include:
The Contractor will furnish all labor, equipment and materials sufficient for the job performance of this contract.
Zif Township building lot (not the quail reserve)
4 cemeteries to be maintained
Wells — Williams — Wright — Zif
Duties include: mowing and trimming as needed to maintain a respectful, dignified and remembered appearance, including blowing grass off of monuments that may or may not have been blown on during mowing / trimming.
The Contractor will be expected to adjust the appropriate mowing height for an appreciative appearance.
The Contractor is required to mow and trim within the week before the following holidays: Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
The Contractor will need to turn in documentation of (proof of insurance) General Liability Insurance coverage.
If you mow for other cemeteries please list them for reference.
Please have all bids post marked by March 1, 2026. All bids will be considered, no matter if it is per month bid or for the whole season bid, if submitted by March 1, 2026. Any bids submitted or received after March 1, 2026 will NOT be considered.
Mowing Contractor will be selected at our regular meeting on March 3, 2026. Chosen contractor will be notified on the following day.
