Let's all stay safe in the heat!

*Drink more water!
*Make it fun! Add your favorite fresh fruit or even cucumber!
*Hydrate early. Hydrate often!
*Limit activity. Read that book club book in front of the fan.
*Check your medications for sun sensitivity.
*When's the last time you had an Otter Pop? Keep some on hand in your freezer for a quick frozen refresher!
*Make smart clothing choices: light colored, light weight, loose fitting.
*Housework and yard work will wait! Trust me.

* Do not hesitate to call 911 in an emergency.
Keep a list of health issues as well as your personal contacts close
