Given the campaign & my GMLRA responsibilities, we're not going to do much in the way of new features beyond what we've already promised for some new businesses in Rabun, but hopefully after May we can resume telling Rabun's story through its businesses, organizations and people.

If you're in Rabun County and are looking for some free PR please contact us to schedule your moment in the spotlight. It's a free 'community service' and we feature businesses of all sizes, non-profits, civic organizations, government offices, and even interesting people and places. Our list of what we'd like to do is so long that we'll never get to everyone, but that won't stop us from trying :) Video is the fastest growing segment of social media. And our organic approach helps people understand the hopes & dreams of the people behind an organization, and we try to include some important information that isn't readily obvious. Some small businesses use our video to explain to customers what they do. If you want to see some of our 'old' videos, check out our YouTube channel and I promise to link some of the best ones here. And OBTW yes we are Realtors®, but this service has nothing to do with our business other than we LOVE Rabun and LOVE to tell its story to others who LIVE or LOVE here.

This one is important to me. Very grateful for Pam Wheeler and the work that is being done by her young non-profit Creating Ties That Bind . Our community and nation could not be more indebted to our servicemembers AND their families. Unfortunately, the horrors of war leave indelible marks on the hearts and souls of the former, and the latter when the tragedy of su***de rears it horrific head. Please consider supporting this wonderful organization and it's leader with a heart of gold.

Welcome to the Rabun County Spotlight- thanks for the likes & follows! Please share this page with your friends if you like our content. Laura and I, along with the support of Scott Poss started the Rabun County Spotlight towards the end of the COVID-19 pandemic because we wanted to 'spotlight' all of the great businesses, organizations, and people of Rabun County- particularly since there was no one doing video content to tell these amazing stories. A lot has changed since then but we've created 100+ videos since then and have grown to do some videos on events and special features. This is a 100% free public service and we don't require a membership. I generally do a short interview, and Laura does all the video editing. I believe we coined the phrase and , but who cares- whatever is good for our home community. We love helping small businesses get some free PR and be able to tell their stories so if you're a business, not-for-profit, church, civic organization or government office that needs to get your message into the community, give us a shout and we'll put the The Rabun County Spotlight on you!
