We are thrilled to announce our 2024 Clayton 4th of July parade Grand Marshals: Frank & Bev Smith.
Frank and Bev have been Clayton residents for over 20 years. They have been active members of the Clayton community volunteering their time and efforts to make Clayton a better place to live. Frank has served on the Clayton Fire Department, and both he and Bev served on the Clayton City Council. They are both active members and donate countless hours to the Clayton Area Historical Association and Museum and Frank helped build the livery stable. Frank has been instrumental in taking care of the water for the City, as well as helping with the Clayton Cemetery. While health issues have slowed them down, they are both still cherished members of our community and have made a huge impact on our small town. We hope you will join us in honoring two of Clayton’s finest citizens on July 4th at 1:00 pm, as they lead our parade as the 2024 Grand Marshals.
