SO true… I am LOVING my daily walk, and how wonderful I feel physically and mentally.
I now average 5 miles per day!!!

Benefits of Walking

Life! Yes, that’s what we call it; and we all have one. So; why is my life of interest? Well; you tell me! I believe I had/have a secret weapon; called Mama; and it can definitely help others... or not. Either way, you will be impacted in some way. Family, friends, hate, love (or hateful people), challenges, inspirations, pain and success. It's all relative. We all are more alike than we know - just different challenges and (depending on our teachings, impressions, and mentors) different levels of successes or failures.. We were poor (or “po” as my youngest brother and I called it; because we couldn’t afford the “or”) but, we were blessed! Yes; we were blessed. Regardless of how you say it, each one of us (Mama’s children) were definitely brought into the world for a special purpose. Mama knew it. She only had a 3rd grade education; but she soared and carried her children under her wings. She prayed for our souls…the souls of her children and all her children’s children to follow! She is worthy to be the subject of my first Volume. She was an eagle! It doesn’t take two parents, it only takes a good parent! There is truly no such thing as can't!
