🚨 Important Update for Union County Agricultural Producers 🚨

Union County has officially been added to the list of areas eligible for disaster assistance through the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).

Due to the severe impact of invasive noxious weeds and locoweed, local ranchers and producers may now qualify for financial and technical assistance through the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP).

📅 Deadline Extended:
Producers in Union County now have until May 8 to apply.

This support is critical as many in our area have experienced significant challenges, including impacts to livestock and grazing conditions.

📍 To apply or learn more, contact:
• Roy Field Office: (575) 485-2294
• Clayton Field Office: (575) 374-9461

You can also visit farmers.gov for additional resources and information.
Let’s make sure our producers get the support they need—please share this with anyone who may benefit.
