American Wildlife Refuge AWR does raptor rescue and live bird wildlife education. We are all volunteer, and are a registered nonprofit charity.

In our history, we’ve done more 3600 rescues and more than 3200 educational events in the Triangle area. You can participate in AWR educational events, called Porch Visits, by contacting us by phone.
